There isn't anything too tall to climb... just experienced this again on Sunday. The hill doesn't make her go fast enough on her bike. While one is ultra sensitive, thoughful, shy, conservative... she also had a skull fracture before age 3.Sonyahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14503800179759524410noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7489801111447373803.post-18967811424068740982008-04-21T12:54:00.000-07:002008-04-21T12:54:00.000-07:00Happy happy birthday Jess dear. K and I discuss children frequently but alas who knows what the future holds...whatever kind of children I end up having (if I am even so blessed to have some), they will probably be the epitome of spirited.
What kind of church do you and your family go to if I may ask?
And thanks for the advice...I will definitely consider it; Russia lays heavily on my mind.Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12317718754951834668noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7489801111447373803.post-67275138651902320372008-04-15T10:23:00.000-07:002008-04-15T10:23:00.000-07:00Oh, I feel your pain. She knows what she wants and lets you feel her pain when she doesn't get it. It's tough. The other day one of the teachers in her room at day care was trying to get her to go to sleep for her nap and Madeline said "You can't make me!" Sigh.Jenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12057932505644990093noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7489801111447373803.post-72763411451390237162008-04-15T09:18:00.000-07:002008-04-15T09:18:00.000-07:00Auhhh Layne. No sooner do i take something out of her hand then she is into something else.

People say things about peanut and her energy level, but i usually just shake it off. I knew I was in trouble when she was climbing before she was walking.

I am hoping that the next one is much more like his dad. I can't really say much about peanut because she is really just a mini me.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14459235368464733306noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7489801111447373803.post-6274198351423100102008-04-14T21:45:00.000-07:002008-04-14T21:45:00.000-07:00If I would have known you before Layne was born......If I would have known you before Layne was born.....I would have cursed you with a spirited child and then felt a little guilty when it came true :)
I have THREE spirited children (and I'm certain 2 on the way) and can't stand people who don't have to child proof their homes...can go out and sit through an entire movie with a 15 month old.
Are you KIDDING ME !
Well, I guess now I will just feel a little guilty for being happy that you have a spirited child :) ha ha

Your wife is a super star to handle it day in and day out without a break.K J and the kidshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11768311213861195548noreply@blogger.com
